Van Baal kelderafdichtingen did major treatment on my basement wall, which was experiencing a major water penetration problem. They also treated the kim, which they also suspected to be leaking. While I will only be able to tell if the problem is fully resolved after a winter of rain, the customer experience so far has been fantastic. After their first visit, there were some minor issues. But the professionalism and responsiveness from Van Baal also made me feel looked after, and sure enough they came back with zero hesitation. The stukwerk now looks even better than expected!
